About The Winter Gardens Film Room

The Winter Gardens Room takes influences from one of the most famous buildings in Blackpool – the Winter Gardens Opera House, which operates as both a 3,000 seat theatre and a cinema. Using design elements and colours drawn from the venue’s archive, the room has been created with carefully considered design that is in keeping with both the luxurious Art Deco interior of the Opera House and a relaxing, modern hotel room. The room combines high-quality digital projection equipment with nostalgic, vintage films and a carefully curated film/video library (many with Blackpool locations or influences) for you to choose from.
